Cavatelli Baked in a Roasted Pork Ragù

Slow-braised pork shoulder, simmered in a rich, tomato-based ragù infused with fresh garlic and Italian seasonings. Then baked in your own personal casserole dish with our hand made fresh cavatelli pasta topped with mozzarella cheese.

Chicken Marsala with Fettuccine

Tender chicken breast paired with sautéed baby bella mushrooms, all simmered in a luxurious blend of rich stock and Marsala wine, tossed in our freshly made fettuccine pasta. This dish offers an elegant fusion of flavors that promises to satisfy.

Pesto with Spaghetti and Vegetable Primavera

VEGETERIAN Fresh cut broccoli, cauliflower,zuccini and yellow squash simmered in a light Pesto vegetarian sauce then tossed with fresh handmade spaghetti pasta.

Our moist and delicious apple cake is made with hand peeled and freshly grated apples. Perfectly spiced with just the right amount of cinnamon, this cake is all about the apples.
