Thinly sliced Italian meats are layered with cheese inside a buttery puff pastry, creating a perfect balance of salty, creamy, and crispy textures. The pastry is then folded around the filling and baked until golden brown. A basket of Italian yeast bread made with imported Italian flour freshly baked  and served with warm marinara sauce and an herb-infused extra virgin olive oil.

This classic comfort food has been in our Italian home for as long as I can remember. Made with all the Italian herbs that make a great meatball and combined with  four cheeses and a savory red sauce with our handmade lasagna sheets.

Handmade fettuccine ribbons embraced by a flavorful pork ragu, featuring slow-cooked pork shoulder in a luscious tomato and wine sauce infused with herbs and spices.

Chicken Marsala with Fettuccine
